Kawasaki Ninja 250

STAINTUNE has recently developed a slip on muffler for Kawasaki’s very popular learner legal ninja 250. Even though the bike is extremely restricted from the factory, with the Staintune muffler fitted we were still able to achieve a gain of 1 hp through the whole the rev range. Although this may seem slight, the increase was very noticeable on the road. Throttle response was sharper and the slight increase in torque also made the bike pull harder from low rev situations.

As with all Staintune mufflers, you will immediately notice a much deeper and sportier note that will not only turn heads but from a safety view point, alert others to your presence. With modifications to fueling and air intake, performance results would further improve also.
The muffler comes in our famous mirror polish finish and has a weight saving of just under 2kg on the standard system.


This system is not ADR compliant and we cannot provide compliance labels upon completion and return of the form provided with the muffler.

Restrictors out: 101 dba @ 5500rpm
