Quoting from the Department of Environment and Conservation (NSW) page Motorcycle muffler noise:

"Clause 19 of the noise control regulation, which required that a noise label be fixed to the noise control equipment on motorcycles used on roads or related areas, was repealed on 17 March 2006."
