Weight Savings:
There is a weight saving of 2 kg’s by replacing the stock muffler with a Staintune

Finish:
The muffler on the new KLX250S consists of the lead pipe and round style muffler in Staintunes bright matt finish.

Noise Emissions: Standard: 85dba @ 4000rpm
Staintune Muffler: 95 dba @ 4150 rpm

This system is ADR compliant and we can provide compliance labels upon completion and return of the form provided with the muffler.

Weight savings:
The standard system is cumbersome and heavy at 6.2 Kilo’s while the Staintune system comes in at a very skinny 2.1 Kilo’s a huge saving of 4.1 Kilo’s.
