Performance:
In standard trim on the Staintune in-house dyno the 800cc notched up a maximum horsepower of just 41 Hp after fitting the twin turbo tapered slip-on mufflers the Suzuki Boulevard gained a substantial 5.4 Hp bringing it up to a static output of 46.4 Hp. Its only when on road test that the benefit of the free flowing exhaust is appreciated, the throttle roll on is sharp and instant and overall engine response is quick and smooth and a sheer pleasure to ride.

Add a fuel injection module SFi 1025 and really capitalise on your pipes.

What about the noise:
The twin tapered turbo pipes really turn this cruiser into a head turner allowing the deep note to resonate out of the 800cc V-twin engine, in a nut shell they provide that burble normally associated with an American V-twin.

No restrictors fitted: 94 dba @ 3000 rpm

Weight savings:
This is probably the most significant advantage of the Staintune system which provides a weight saving of almost 5 kilo’s over the long cumbersome standard system.

Finish:
The performance pipes designed for the Boulevard give it a classic yet tough look the tapered pipe not only adds to the performance but enhances the cruiser style, being much shorter than the original keeps the overall look tight. Delivered in Staintune’s famous high polished stainless steel these pipes add value.
